The Spa at Bluebird

Located within London’s hippest fashion emporium on the trendy, King’s Road, the spa at bluebird is a discreet pampering hideaway for all beauty aficionados! Apostrophe has always aimed to set new standards. From day one we decided to have no chain-style fast food service, pre-packaging or refrigerated self-service displays. In their place, pots of jams and jugs of water with lemon and mint are scattered amongst the freely available daily papers, whilst those eating-in enjoy their food off of china crockery with stainless steel cutlery.

There is attention to detail in everything at Apostrophe, from the food displays that showcase the quality and freshness of the ingredients, to the stores, which are individually designed to make them an integral part of their neighbourhoods. For example, at Notting Hill a large blackboard is incorporated into the wall design to keep our young customers occupied; the Grosvenor Street store includes several intimate meeting spaces; at Shoreditch, the ceiling and wall designs are a nod to the “edgy” character of the area.

Apostrophe is constantly striving to improve its environmental credentials. As the food business involves large amounts of waste, we are transitioning all of our packaging to recyclable materials, as well as participating in several schemes aimed at reducing waste and improving energy efficiency.
